1. About Students' DigiMart
Students' DigiMart ("we," "us," "the platform") is a product of Frontrix Tek, operating under the registered business name Students' DigiMart (RC: 9880901), registered in Nigeria and based in Bauchi, Nigeria. Students' DigiMart is a peer-to-peer marketplace that lets students at participating tertiary institutions list, discover, and arrange the exchange of items with each other.
2. Eligibility
You must be a current student (or otherwise affiliated, where permitted) at a participating tertiary institution in Nigeria to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. What Students' DigiMart Does — and Doesn't Do
We provide a platform for listing items and messaging between students. We are not a party to any trade — we do not buy, sell, inspect, authenticate, or take possession of any item listed on the platform, and we do not currently process or hold payment on anyone's behalf. All trades happen directly between students, in person, at their own arrangement and risk. We recommend meeting in daylight, in busy public campus locations, and inspecting an item fully before any payment changes hands.
4. Listings
Listings must be accurate, must be items the seller actually owns and has the right to sell, and must not include anything illegal, hazardous, stolen, or otherwise prohibited. We may remove any listing, suspend, or ban any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe, at our discretion.
5. Fees
Listing and using Students' DigiMart is currently free. We may introduce fees for certain features in the future; if we do, we'll communicate this clearly before any charge applies to you.
6. Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to harass, scam, or threaten other users, share false information, attempt to collect other users' personal data outside the app's intended use, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Students' DigiMart is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from a trade, meetup, or interaction between users. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
